Derek Brockway, a BBC Wales Today weatherman, will be exploring the coastline from Saundersfoot and Pendine as part of BBC One Wales’ programme “Weatherman Walking”. Along the way he discovers places such as the Colby Woodland Garden as well as multiple beaches. He also looks into the role the shoreline had in world history, as part of the preparations for D-Day.

The series’ 12^th season focuses on travelling and exploring the Welsh Coastal Path.
