Pembrokeshire County Council becomes the first Welsh authority to achieve the Department of Work and Pensions’ Disability Confident Leader accreditation.

Pembrokeshire County Council lead the way it supports its staff, the employment people with learning disabilities and difficulties and the support it provides to employers.

The campaign of the Disability Confident creates a movement of encouraging employers to think about disability, take action, how to improve to recruit, retain and develop people with learning disabilities and difficulties and/or autism.
