Pembrokeshire Puffins Disability Swimming Squad
Pembrokeshire Puffins is a disabled swimming squad for children and young adults with physical and learning disabilities and/or autism.
The squad meet on a Sunday afternoon at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre from 3:00 – 5:00 pm.
They enter various disability swimming galas across South and West Wales.

Boccia
Crymych Panthers
Crymych Panthers is a club for people to play boccia.
It has the same principles as bowls whereby a series of balls from opposing individuals or teams are targeted towards a white jack ball, whoever has the closest balls to the white jack ball obtain points.

Haverfordwest Cricket Club has facilities include a 4 lane artificial net, 3 grass pitches and 2 bowling machines.
Pembroke Dock Cricket Club
Pembroke Dock Cricket Club has a strong coaching structure and has two teams for junior and senior players.
They arrange various activities throughout the year and leap year which include charity matches and barbecues.

Pembrokeshire Disabled Bowls Club began in 1984; volunteers can help disabled on the green lawn and stop for tea at half time.
Players would like to compete in county competitions, represent Wales and trips out in other venues.

Fishguard Sports AFC is a club with a junior disability team for girls under 10’s, 12’s 14’s and 16’s years of age and boys under 7’s, 9’s, 11’s and 13’s years of age with 2 senior male teams. The club is looking for a senior female team in the future.
