Pembrokeshire People First is a charity run for and by people with learning disabilities and/or autism, we run groups and safe spaces for adults with learning disabilities, learning difficulties, and/or autism.
Pembrokeshire People First provides a number of free (grant funded) services such as supportive groups, a weekly drop-in, advocacy services and projects (which include a gaming club, a film club and the Young Tudor project), we can provide:
Day opportunities for individuals which focus on developing life skills, making new friends, maximising independence and developing resilience in an engaging mix of activities and courses, all of which can be accredited along with an individual learning plan. Activities include: cooking, internet safety, travel training and how to have healthy relationships.
