Pembrokeshire Young Carers supports young carers from eight to eighteen years old across Pembrokeshire.
This service can raises awareness, provide support to children and young children who looks after an unwell or disabled family member or a friend, helps families and friends with mental health and problems with misuse of substance.

Pembrokeshire Young Carers ID Cards is to ensure young carers to have the recognition they deserve and the support they need.
The ID cards also helps out young carers across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion by supporting young carers and make it easier to get help they need.
The cards can show the young carer who looks after a family member or a friend who cannot cope without help and support due to a disability, illness, mental health problems, sustenance misuse or problems with addictions.
