Pembrokeshire Youth Trip to Italy
Pembrokeshire youth workers and young people have gained valuable experiences after they attended an EU-funded scheme in Italy.
The aim of the Erasmus+ “We Can Make It Work” project is to support young people to gain employment whether they have a disability and/or issues to overcome.
The project include representatives from Pembrokeshire Youth and groups of young people from Italy, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Spain and Wales.
Participants from Pembrokeshire will take part in a variety of workshops from gaining employment to life skills and alongside young people from other countries working in groups to produce a business plan.
The activities centering interpersonal skills and visiting sites of interest of developing work-ready skills. The group learned how to use recycled items to make products to sell in an art school.
