People can receive help for families, friends and neighbours with tasks like shopping from supermarkets, collecting medication from the pharmacies for the elderly people and need a friendly voice on the other side of the telephone with help on the way.

If a person is in self-isolation there are useful things that she/he can do to help, for example keeping in touch with a vulnerable person or elderly relative.

You can look for support in the local community with Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS) and local businesses are offering food via home delivery.

County and national based organisations can offer help in different communities.
