Brand new weekly swimming sessions have been launched in Haverfordwest Leisure Centre. The sessions are for people who have dementia, as well as their families and carers.

The PAVS dementia support scheme, along with Pembrokeshire Leisure are running the sessions as part of the Dementia Supportive Communities project in Pembrokeshire.

The sessions are run on Sundays, from 5pm to 6pm.
