Insport is a Disability Sport Wales initiative that recognises commitment to including disabled people in sport and the insport series will offer a wide choice of sports to cater for all impairments, physical, sensory, and learning. This event is suitable for all ability levels and all levels of impairment, including those with high support needs and is an opportunity for people without a disability to have a go at adapted sports

The event will showcase over 15 sports, providing attendees with the opportunity to try as many sports as they wish. With a vast variety of sports on offer, we are sure there will be something for everyone to enjoy! You will also be given information about local sports clubs that the participants may wish to join.  

The sporting activities will be run both indoors and outdoors simultaneously; although in the event of bad weather all sports sessions will take place under cover

Adaptive sports equipment and sports wheelchairs will be available for use. The venue has accessible toilets, including one with a changing bed and hoist. We would ask that you bring your own slings if using the hoist.
