A young girl with life-limiting illness has been given a week in Bluestone to remember by the Pembrokeshire charity Belle’s Story. 

Tiara a five year old girl who is diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome and referred to Great Ormand Street Hospital in London for either a heart transplant or heart surgery.

Belle’s Dreams gives children with life-limiting illnesses or conditions a chance to make memories using memory-making experiences to remember.
