What do we do?

Pembrokeshire Mind supports anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

• The Resource Centre is the hub open everyday a year to anyone.
• The Housing Project supports people to live as independently as possible.
• The Carer’s service works with both the carer and cared for providing one to one support, information and advice and crisis support.
• Volunteering at Mind: there are lots of chances to help Mind Pembrokeshire.
