Two step-sisters from Pembrokeshire appear on ITV1 daytime show “This Morning”.

The presenters Holly Willoughby and Alison Hammond asked the girls what is it like to be young carers whilst being in school.

The sisters and their mother travelled to the “This Morning” studio in London after being asked by Action for Children for a interview on behalf of young carers across the United Kingdom (UK) and sat on the famous “This Morning” sofa.

The girls asked by Holly and Alison how they juggle their school life whist caring for their disabled father.
