Relaxed Cinema Screenings at the Torch 2022

The Torch Theatre are showing relaxed screenings are open to anyone who would benefit from a relaxed, non-judgemental atmosphere including (but not limited to) people with an Autism Spectrum Condition; people with learning difficulties; people with sensory or communication difficulties; parents with young babies; and anyone who feels they would benefit from a more supportive and inclusive experience.

This experience is different to a normal trip to the cinema

  • Lights go low 
  • Volume turned down
  • No trailers and adverts
  • Unallocated seating for free movement
  • Bring your own food and drink
