Relaxed Screenings at the Torch Theatre 2026
The Torch Theatre is showing relaxed screenings are open to anyone who would benefit from a relaxed, non-judgemental atmosphere including (but not limited to) people with an Autism Spectrum Condition; people with learning difficulties; people with sensory or communication difficulties; parents with young babies; and anyone who feels they would benefit from a more supportive and inclusive experience.
This experience is different to a normal trip to the cinema:
- Lights go low
- Volume turned down
- No trailers and adverts
- Unallocated seating for free movement
- Bring your own food and drink
