Relaxed Cinema Screenings
The Torch Theatre and Theatr Gwaun are showing relaxed screenings are open to anyone who would benefit from a relaxed, non-judgemental atmosphere including (but not limited to) people with an Autism Spectrum Condition; people with learning difficulties; people with sensory or communication difficulties; parents with young babies; and anyone who feels they would benefit from a more supportive and inclusive experience.
This experience is different to a normal trip to the cinema

Relaxed Screenings at Theatr Gwaun
On Thursday 10th October 2019 at 2:00pm, there will be a relaxed screening of “The King and I” (1956) at the Theatr Gwaun in Fishguard.
Synopsis:
A woman named Anna Loenowens (Deborah Kerr) travelled to Siam [Thailand] to becomes a governess and English tutor to the wives and a schoolteacher to many children of the stubborn King Mongkut (Yul Brynner) of Siam [Thailand]. Anna and the king have a clash of personalities as she works to teach the royal family about the English language, customs and etiquette, and rushes to prepare a party for a group of European diplomats who must change their opinions about the king.
On Thursday 7th November 2019 at 2:00pm, there will be a relaxed screening of “An American in Paris” at the Theatr Gwaun in Fishguard.
Synopsis:
