Pembrokeshire Community Hub helps out the local communities across the county of Pembrokeshire and connect the members of the public with information, services for guidance, advice and support and activities for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

The Hub can help with community transport, social groups in the local area, and places to go for support.

The members of the public can help out with volunteering, social groups setting up, service offers and helping out elderly residents and unfortunate families in the neighbourhood.
